Frequently asked questions:

How much money goes toward the actual bike ride (gas to get out there, extra camping gear, campsites etc)? 

$0. None of your money will go toward the bike ride, this aspect is paid for by Matthew and Sharon.

How much money is Veritas Church getting from this? 

$0. They have graciously allowed us to send money to the Dominican Republic through them. One day perhaps we will start our own 501C3 but the effort and the necessity to produce solid bi-laws complicate matters.

How much of my money actually goes to the School in the Dominican Republic? 

There is a wiring fee each time we send money. Last year we sent the money in two payments which added up to $100. 

Is this a ministry of Veritas Church? 

No, this is not a ministry of Veritas Church. They have been gracious enough to put us on their books and help us with the process. 

I don't want to write a check out to a church how can I give?

Feel free to send a message to Matthew or Sharon and we will give you our personal address. 100% of your donation will go toward the projects.
